New Ideas: We are good in conceptualizing an idea and developing a prototype. The internal team is either too busy with the routine work or may not be competent (as they are employed for specific tasks while we have the flexibility to engage the right resources based on the need of a project). When someone in the organization has some ideas to try out before taking it to the top management, we can step in to create the pilot. Many times, the ideas are never tried for want of right resources.

On Demand Services: Many times, the requirement is one off – like migration to a new platform, conversions of formats or annotating old courses etc. Again, we bring in the right resources to successfully complete such projects.

Part of the internal team: This is to scale up the internal delivery team. We bring in a senior professional who will work with the largely junior-level team to deliver on your projects. Your team benefits from the expertise and experience of the senior member from our side and scales up their quality methods and process compliance. It is a cost effective and rapid scaling up of your internal team.

The above three modes of engagement make the best use of the capabilities of our team which has an average of 40 years of experience and is familiar with Program Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Compliance etc. 

We have executed a project consisting of a 200 member team for one year with our core team doing the designing and planning, and outsourcing the sweat work to vendors. Our customer appreciated our approach and came back to us for repeat orders as they know that our model works.
